ART.1 NAME OF ASSOCIATION
The Association is named CONSTANTZA PORT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION - PORTAS

ART.2 LEGAL STATUS
The Constantza Port Community Association PORTAS is a non-profit legal entity under private law that unfolds its activity on the territory of Romania, being a Romanian legal, apolitical and non-government ENTITY set up in accordance with the stipulations of Government Ordinance 26/2000 ".

ART.3 LOCATION OF THE ASSOCIATION
The Association is located in Constantza , Incinta Port, APMC Builing Gate 2, Sc. B, Room
442 and is registered in the local court Constantza

ART.4 GOAL OF THE ASSOCIATION
The goal of the Association is to strengthen the competitive position of Constantza port and the relation to the local community

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION established with a view to reach the goal of the association are the following:

1. Represent the interests of the members of Constantza port community association.
2. Lobbying on port related legal framework and contracts.
3. Enforcement of EDI and EDP (database network).
4. Marketing and promotion.
5. Improvement of port service quality.
6. Linking the interests of port community association with local community.

ART.5 ASSETS
The association shall be managed commercially but without a view to profit. Financial and physical means of the association shall only used for statutory purposes. Members of the association shall not receive any remuneration for their efforts.

The active assets of the association amount to ROL 7,800,000 and is constituted from the contribution:
- in ROL 7,800,000 by the founding members

ART.6 DURATION
The association is established for an unlimited period, as of the date of registration in the records of associations and foundations.
