ART.7
MEMBERS
Legal and natural persons performing economic activities in Romanian maritime
ports as well as legal and natural persons performing port related activities
might be members of the association.
ART.8
FOUNDING MEMBERS:
Founding Members will contribute a minimum amount of ROL 500,000 for establishment
and setting up of the association.
The founding members of the
association are legal and natural persons as they are written in the signature's
page.
ART.9
APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
Membership status is granted at request and supported by recommendations
of two members of the Association and is approved by the Directory Board.
After the approval the new member shall pay the annual fee.
ART.10
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership status is terminated by:
a) on request
b) dissolution/liquidation of the legal entity
c) decease or enforcement of interdiction for a natural entity
d) definitive exclusion
e) non-payment of membership fee
Members of the association
remain responsible, under any form of responsibility, for damage inflicted
to the association by their act.
ART.11
WITHDRAWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
Withdrawal of a member from the association may be effected on basis of
a written request to this effect submitted at least 3 months before the
close of the fiscal year. The procedure of registering the amendment to
the constitutive act and statute by withdrawal of an association is to
be completed in conformity with the law.
ART.12
EXCLUSION OF MEMBERS
Exclusion of a member is effected, on reasonable grounds, by decision
of the general assembly taken by the vote of at least 2/3 of the number
of members.
ART.13
MEMBERSHIP FEE
Rating of membership fee is established by decision of the general assembly
at the beginning of each fiscal year and approved by the vote of at least
2/3 of the members of the association.
In the application form for
membership companies shall make a self-assessment and shall define their
own category of payment. Membership fee is to be paid annually within
30 days since it was approved by the general assembly.
