a) has the right to one
vote in the general assembly of the association;
b) may use the logo applied and used by the association;
c) may obtain information regarding the activity of the association
d) is obliged to comply with provisions of the statute and contract
of association;
e) will abstain from any actions that might be in contradiction with
the interests of the association;
f) shall keep confidentiality of the problems linked to the activity
of the association toward any natural or legal entity from outside the
association;
g) can be excluded if he does not discharge his statutory obligations
or if he violates the interests of the association but only after he
is given the possibility to comment and defend. The reason for exclusion
must be notified in writing.
